| Hi everyone! For those of you that were unable to attend the meeting, we discussed possible for dates for our end-of-the-year banquet. We are looking to have it on Tuesday, May 15th at 5 PM or Wednesday May 16th at 6PM. Which day would be better? Also, where would you all like to have it this year? Please email us at clhsswas@yahoo.com ASAP with your ideas and votes. Finally, those of you that are running for an officer position, please make sure you have a speech the banquet. | Hi everyone! We will have our April meeting next Thursday April 12th in main building room 117 at 2:45. We will be discussing: -shirts -each person's hours -end of the year event -food drive in two weeks -officer elections for next year. So please make plans to attend! | | |
| Hi everyone Again, sorry about the short notice for the meeting today. We did not have an agenda today because we did not have many things, so I am emailing everyone a quick list of what was discussed! 1. shirts-we have found a design and will be ordering shirts. i am not sure about the price yet, but I will email everyone over break and collect money the week after we get back (probably everyday after school).
2. dues-at the same time we are collecting shirt money, we will have the final collection of the $5 dues.
3. service opportunities-since we have spring break and everyone's schedule is different, just email us if you would like something, and we will work to help find you something.
4. once we work out the food drive with dr. moran, we will be having some sort of donation collection to support either interfaith caring ministries or another local organization. more details to come!
